The shop
Where is the shop, and who can visit?+
At Copenhagen Airport, Terminal 2, 1st floor, after security. Only travellers and airport staff who have been through security can shop with us. Arriving passengers and people picking someone up can't get to us.

We open on Sunday 1 November 2026. After that, we're open daily from 6am to 10pm, and when flights are delayed, we may stay open longer.

You need your boarding pass to get through security, and the shop is after security.
How can I pay, and do you take euros?+
You can pay by card or in cash, and there are no card fees. We also accept euros, US dollars, Swedish and Norwegian kroner and British pounds, converted at Danske Bank's rate on the day. Faroese krónur are taken 1:1.

Cups and prices
How does the flat price work?+
Pick a cup of 0.35, 1, 2 or 5 litres and fill it so the lid closes. The price is the same whatever you put in: DKK 79, 179, 299 or 799. No scales, no surprises at the till.
How do I know when the cup is full?+
When the lid only just closes, it's full.
Can I mix everything in the same cup?+
Yes. Every variety on the wall costs the same in the cup, so liquorice, chocolate and sour worms can share. The cup doesn't judge.
Can I order in advance?+
Not right now. You can build your mix in our cup builder, save it and show it in the shop.

Can I take the candy on the plane?+
Yes. You've already been through security when you shop with us, and candy is solid food. The cup just needs to fit within your airline's hand luggage allowance.
What about customs if I'm leaving the EU?+
Within the EU, you're free to bring candy for your own use. If you're flying to the USA, Australia or New Zealand, for example, you must declare the food when you land.

Where can I find allergen information?+
In the shop, our staff can show you the allergen information for every variety. We're collecting the declarations from the producers, and they'll be added to the website later.
Food information (in Danish)I have a serious allergy. Can I shop with you?+
We advise against pick and mix if you have a serious allergy. Customers scoop for themselves, so we can't rule out traces of other products.
Do you have vegan, gelatine-free or halal varieties?+
We're marking the varieties based on the producers' declarations and certificates as we receive them. Until then, our staff in the shop can show you the information for every variety. A label applies to the variety, not to the whole cup.
